Healthy Eating
Don't drink soda's of any kind
as they are very high in sugar
Never eat refined salt only sea salt
Don't eat chocolate, cocoa, or candy
It's best not to eat black pepper
Never eat embalmed foods (food dyes
red dye no 40 yellow 5 or 6 etc.)
Never eat fat nor BLOOD Lev. 3:17
Never eat refined white flour
Never use a microwave( it radiates-
changes molecular structure of cells in food)
Eat your heaviest meal for breakfast
Eat evening meal way before going to bed
Walk after meals to help digestion
Eat less on the Sabbath
Allow 5 to 6 hours for food to digest( never eating between meals)
Eating sugar disables white blood cells
Eat more whole grain foods
Drink up to 8 glasses water a day Ezek4:11

Eat lightly if you eat a third meal make it crackers and fruit

Have only 3 to 4 kinds of foods each meal
Chew your food slowly digestion begins in mouth
Stay away from tea, coffee or alchohol
Eat largely of fruits and vegetables natural state
Limit rich foods and sugar to 3 teaspoons a day
Eat more live foods than cooked foods
Pray before you eat !

inmutable laws. There is no happen-so, no chance, about this matter, Nature's
God will not interfere to preserve men from the consequences of violating
nature's laws. There is much sterling truth in the adage, "Every man is the
architect of his own fortune." Premature decay and death are the result of
walking away from God to follow the ways of the world. He who indulges self must
bear the penalty." "The misuse of our physical powers shortens the period
of time which our lives can be used for the glory of God."Those who obey the laws of health
outlined in the Bible can have Longevity if they want to have it! You can slow down
the aging process and even reverse it by obeying God's health law's ! PREVENTION
is learning and becoming intelligient in regard to disease. it's causes, and
cure. There are many ways of practicing the healing art, but there is only one
way that Heaven approves. God's remedies are the simple agencies of
nature....Pure air , water . proper diet, exercise, sunlight, self-control,
rest, and trust in Divine power...The distinction between prevention and cure
has not been made sufficiently important. Teach the people that is is better to
know how to keep well than how to cure disease! God has endowed us with a
certain amount of vital force. Through our organs, if we carefully PRESERVE the
life force, and keep the delicate mechanism of the body in order, the result is
Health. Again "it is far better to prevent disease than to know how to treat it
when contracted. Disease never comes without a cause. The way is prepared , and
diseased invited , by disregard of the 8 Law's of Health ---Job29:16 " and the
cause which I knew not , I searched out" . Prov. 26:2 "so the curse causeless
shall not come" . We cannot be too often reminded that health does not depend on
chance, it is result of obedience to law ---Exod 15:26 . Here is a list of

d-alpha 1000 iu daily , Ginkgo Bilboa daily comes from a tree that lives to be
5000 years old , Red Clover tea for detoxing the blood daily, Raw foods provide
longivity , fruits and vegetables, a mineral supplement liguid would be good the
soil is depleted and they say all the food in the grocery store is lacking 99%
of minerals.
